Spells that belong in RSCR

A home teleport spell will be implemented in-game soon, which will be of particular use for new players and players who get stuck.
The spell requires no runes or magic stats, and gives no XP.
It has a 30 minute cooldown, and you must be out of combat for 10 seconds and holding still for 20 to use it.

We also plan to add a way to store teleport spells as a stackable items which players with no magic stats can buy and break to teleport.

Additionally, we are looking at bringing in a high-level spell that will allow players to move faster than walking speed outside the wilderness.

We aren't currently looking at any new combat-related spells, since magic combat has been in a powerful state since 2003.

I'd suggest a gradual healing spell.

I like the moving faster spell idea. Home teleport also will be a wonderful addition. For teleport scrolls, maybe save those as drops from Slayer only NPCs might be a good idea

Home teleport is live since the Easter patch! The other spells will likely be included in the slayer expansion.

Level 22 Prayer. I know nothing special, but still there.

Also, everything needs to be weighed against wilderness use... this basically makes tank mages even more op, unless you're taking about something similar to Rapid Heal, and then well, there's Rapid Heal.

While in combat healing. Only can be used once a min. This would actually combat the God spells and make them less OP.

I've been thinking about a return tele spell, like if your training somewhere, and tele to say fally or somewhere to meet someone or bank, u have 5 minutes to cast a spell to return you back where u came from. It would be neat imo
