Yep another Heroes quest post. Looking for Black arm gang member to help with Heroes guild quest, just need armband and I got it done.

Am I basically looking at making a new character for the sole purpose of making him a Blackarm in Shield of Arrav and train him to heroes? I just want to be able to use my Dragon Axe and can't afford to buy the rights.
