I lack the organization, but could anyone make a list of the server-specific mini-quests or tasks (Such as those given by Evil Dan or the Wonky Witch)?

Not guides necessarily, but it'd be cool to see a list of what mini-quests are available, maybe how many tasks each one is, and what the range of difficulty is?

I mean if someone wanted to make complete guides with steps and rewards listed, I personally wouldn't complain about that. But as it is, just a list of starting points and quests available would be rad.
