Hi, you weren't banned for combat actions. Looks to me like you were caught being involved in real-world trading, and using staking as a way to secretly transfer items you didn't want to get caught for. As it states in our terms of service, any character linked to or involved in RWT can be permanently banned.

Since a list ban went into effect I will look into the severity of what you did and see if the list ban is warranted.

I'd like to clear a few things up, you are list banned due to using a bug in game to gain an edge in staking. This is both bug abuse and scamming and due to history this is a permanent list ban.

The evidence is still being investigated. if you have any further statements to make while your case is being looked into now is the time. I would remind you at this stage however not to mention any details regarding the bug with any person, or post it in any way on the forums or this appeal.
