There is going to be a indicator most likely by your name to show whether you have hit dummies before on that account, or something similar. Talked to N0m about it. TRAIN 61's! DOUBLE Xp!  just dont hit a dummy or ur screwed

I posted a suggestion like this a few weeks ago, glad to see other people thought wining was ridiculous since no one used the characters anyway.

An indicator if HP != (att + def + str) / 3.. this would weed out quested accs too

I voted option 2 because it's most fair for everyone. You wouldn't be devaluing anybodies time that way which was spent mindlessly clicking dummies that way and you open up the door to potentially creating a huge influx of new stakers and accounts
