My understending of this is Body +2 prayer , legs +2 prayer , shield +2 prayer , helm +1 prayer . So i bought Guthix Shield for 6m the other day , in the hope thats gonna help me pvm more , but its same stats as an Rune kite shield 46 armor , no bonuses . That means god armor set gives 3 prayer and 6 armor less then hardnerd rune set , which is super ez to get , much less time needed and much cheaper i guess my treasure trail career ends here , was fun , but wildy walks took too long and 60% of the clues were wildy one . And all that to get basically colored rune gear
