seriously, i'v said it thousand of times that why we need a way to kill somebody faster than it already is? first of all, in RSC you couldn't afford this kind of shit, yet you weren't organized enough to gather 5 nerds to use same spells on you. people also were worse PK'ers in general, casting timer might have also been slower and that's the reason it might have worked in the past but in 2017, when everyone knows how to PK, knows how to be organized and target certain person, why on earth we would want anybody hitting +15s with a spell meanwhile there's somebody meelee'ing you as well? even in F2P when this happens that it +5 people fighting on you, there's a chance you get 3hit and even an idea of even boosting it little bit more, so it would become even more easier to kill somebody is just plain ridiclous. in RS2 or RS3 there's a possibility to eat during the fight so THERE I'D UNDERSTAND THAT but in here? 99hp isn't that much in a team fight and if anything, i'd like to see flats F2P spells being nerfed little bit just for the sake of entertaiment A.K.A fights would last longer. we definitely don't need any faster fights, do we?
put some logic behind all these things for real, this should have never been implemented in the first place, yet we're still discussing whether it's good to have it or not.
