So, whats the most effective thing to Level UP on, i got my main still so starting back up with 80 att 93def 88 strength... what should I kill to get 99 deef fastest.

If you aren't afraid of the wilderness (like most of server seems to be). Then wild training is fastest xp due to xp bonus and aggressive NPCs.  Hobs, red spiders or graveyard are best spots in f2p.  Or p2p wild has axe hut or pirates which are fastest spots in game.

i would not recommend training in wild... just cuz there a lot of scrubs who cant kill any real pkers so they go around all the time and kill 3 item trainers. train at the hobgoblins in ardy/ moss giants in ardy or varrock sewers/ red spiders in karamja volcano depending on ur combat lvl if the spiders will still be aggressive or not. another good spot is the animated axes in tavelry dungeon
