Any npc that attacks you or you go into combat with, get stored.. Any amount of time after that, if someone kills the npc, you get experience from it.

The only thing that resets the chance of getting xp from previously attacked npcs is a server reset.

Gold Subscription cards are about 700k in game, or $5 on the website. This card will reduce your stat as long as its 14 or under.

Uncle from aus time I logged out from the car 10pm the char was not logged back in till 10 then next day and was online back and fourth for the next 4 hours. I have 1 att and str I seen I hit a 1 on one ice warrior and I killed him to not get any xp.

Wouldn't their have been a restart or the monster would have died regardless in that time period or he healed ?? I just don't understand how it's possible. I don't have cash to spend on this when honestly I can't see how it could have happened 16 hours later randomly

Im not sure of there was a restart in that time frame. Thats not something i can check.

Ohk but lets say at worse I hit a 1 18 hours later it would have been healed? Though I'm positive I didn't.

I know it sucks, but it happen from time to time, from either lag, DC'S, mistakes, etc. They can't start doing case by case else people will bullshit them 9 times out of 10 to get resets. It's unfortunate, but the gold subs system is there to lower your stats back.

Sorry this happened to you, it's an unfortunate leftover from RSC days. It was worse back then on classic, player ID would change and so people would get xp from someone else's pve kills randomly.
