Your appeal was already denied, then you accepted the offer to be allowed to use the name on a different character. W won't be reversing your other appeals. In our Terms of Service it states:

4. No abusive language. Users caught being malicious towards other players (spamming, personal insults, real life threats, etc.) will be muted. Repeat offenders who abuse our chat system will be banned. [emphasis added]

RSCR is the biggest rscrevolution Classic private server in the world and we hope to keep toxic and abusive chat to a minimum so that we continue to be the best. If you see someone abusing the chat system, please report them. Being a veteran does not give you a license to abuse the chat system, if anything you should be more familiar with the rules.
