fix casting

Not sure how long its been bugged but whenever you cast someone you walk to the square they are on, Makes it really diffucult to maintain a position in a team fight and just makes everything unnessacarily cluttered, not to mention a pretty bad mechanic. Can we get a fix on this?

Would also appreciate it if the 4th cast in combat didnt kill the guy after he left and walked 2 squares away rofl

Yeah thats been in rev since the start, I don't think being in combat has any effect on your spell timer. There is no delay after someone runs away which is wierd.

Ya sometimes when you run after the 3rd, if you run "late" you will leave combat and have a big fat 31 hanging on your character from thin air lol

tons of people getting 4 hit these days

Which again is that same animation v processes sync problem as i was talking about with casting. it applies in general

YEAH holy shit. This needs to be fixed. Seriously a huge problem that goes unnoticed by most (Idk how)
