Putting RS2 Items into RSC

I am working up an idea that should be able to make everyone (even beat) happy however I am still roughing it together though and I see too many half ideas die on here to post now. It would incorporate new items while still keeping the balance and adding a lot of new content. I would also like to add different amped up pvp and pve. I don't like a complete copycat of rs2 but using the ideas in new ways is not something I would be against in the least.

it doesn't have to wreck the game or pking, just balance the stats of new armor (and most importantly, the rarity/price) and it will ONLY change the game for the BETTER. Much better.
