Banning multilogg and improving pking.

For the start i would like to say for those people ,who will come to write comments like this: you only started this thread because you are a bad multilogger and cant handle it.
I dont want to multilogg and im bad at it,im bad even without multi pk 
but thats not the issue here.
Main reason for making this thread is to improve pking,so we would have more individiual people(not chars) in wilderness.I think even beat would like to see more people pking.
For the very first rule for making this happen is :
BANN MULTILOGGERS - Now you going to ask,how we will detect multiloggers and bann them? For start we should just make the rule ,that its not allowed to multi pk and we will see, how many honest people are in this server.
As you people know the amount of pkers in this server is coming to a very small number because of multilogg.So atm its quite easy to track the players who is multilogging.
Now if beat thinks that, hey i just say that my friend is playing with my char.(are you honest not to do that?)
RULE NR 2
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SHARE YOUR CHARACTERS TO YOUR FRIENDS FOR PKING(OR IN MINI GAME FOR DETECTING MULTI-see below)
Moderators can detect easily atm what char belongs to who and they can see if you change your chars name.
I know this isnt 100% solution for making multi to stop,but now if beat wants to multi he has to make brand new chars to do that(if you honest,u would not do that) and this will win us a little time to pk without multiloggers.Till then we find more solutions to prevent multi.
RULE NR 3
IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO LOG IN WITH 2nd CHARACTER BEFORE YOU HAVE DIED OR ARE OUT FROM WILDERNESS(or logged out)
This of course does not mean ,that you cant multilogg for afk training.
RULE NR 4
YOU NEED TO IDENTIFY YOUR FORUM ACCOUNT WITH ID CARD OR THROUGH BANK
Of course beat can now make several accounts using his grannys or grandfathers bank accounts(if your honest enough ,you wont do it)
Remember banning multiloggers is only for making pk scene more alive and u should not fuck the system and making the scene worse.
IF MODERATOR HAS DOUBTS THAT YOU ARE MULTILOGGING,HE HAS THE RIGHT TO JAIL YOU AND KEEP U THERE TILL U HAVE IDENTIFIED YOURSELF AGAIN.So if you are a little multifagg,u always need to keep ur grannys ID card or bank details with you.
+ GAME FOR DETECTING MULTI
1 way for testing people,if they multi or not is to think some tasks for them witch are psychically impossible to finish only by 1 person.
Lets say mod thinks that u multi, u will be getting jailed with your 2 chars.Now u have to perform some tasks with 2 chars simultaneously.Lets say there is a traffic light involved in this game.
When traffic light goes green,u have to click into a certain spot in the client(every time the coordinate is different,u cant learn how to cheat the mini game)
Green light turns on exact same time in both your clients,and you have minimum time to react to it and do the click,so it is impossible to click into both clients and find the right spot where to click.
Your friend could be with you and he is helping you to finish the game(He cant be there everytime a mod wants to test you)
You ask you friend to log in your char and help u with the mini game(YOU CANT DO THAT BECAUSE RULE NR2) + mod tries to get u,and is watching ip-s,even even you friend has to fk with his ip-s to protect u,and you both could get banned.
Of course there are ways to cheat even in this game(if your honest,u wont do it)
