Rotate camera with use of wheel on mouse

is there anyway you can make it so we can rotate the camera with using the wheel of the mouse, im lazy and i play with my tv so i normaly have my mouse on the coffee table and if i have to rotate camera i have to get up, just will make it easyer for me haha

Scroll wheel is already being used for scrolling so no can do, but what you can do is buy a mouse that has several buttons that you can bind keyboard keys to. I use Logitech G300S myself it's pretty cheap.
