Should we add the spell teleblock? (Level 85 like on rs2)

It could be nice for edge sewer pking and low lvl wild pking.

-1 from me, however not a issue if it comes out for me personally. Yes/no I'm at a no smile what about a spell that you cast and the other guy can't logout for 30-45 secs instead of ten lol
