My account will not stay logged in it kicks me off every 10-15 seconds please help

Are you on a PC or a Mobile Device/Tablet?

Wired or wireless connection? (Are you connecting to a cell network, public WiFi hotspot etc)

Lots of variables here that could narrow down the issue.
