allow party icons to be hidden.

honestly, the party system is cool. however its hard enough to try to eat, follow, and catch around npcs without those icons. those icons make where ever they are on the screen impossible to click around, and really hinders you.

That or increase the transparency of the party portrait frames and add a click through property.
