The chick in Yanille, Sidney Smith is suppose to uncert dragon bones for you, but doesn't? I've bought about 50 certs, and there's no where to uncert them O.o?

There is none at the moment. But pluto sometimes open ' Pluto's bone exchanger '
So when you see him online, PM him and he will most likely help you with that smile
