Blue dragons, Fire giants, Red dragons, Black dragons, Black demons, King Black Dragon have all been changed to drop SLIGHTLY --- let me repeat that ---- SLIGHTLY better drops.
To give you an idea of percentage changes:: dragon med went from being .01% on most npc's to being .05 or .09 depending.
Certain herbs drop LESS while higher end herbs should be more often.
Rune items, instead of being .30% chance, may be as high as .70% depending on the item and the npc.
Tried to make it so drops weren't overpowered but still rewarding -- they were changed yesterday and I went through every npc with a couple of trips to make sure things weren't too ridiculous. In the coming days, they may be tweaked more.

Added shrimp fishing spot in the river in Lumbridge
Added more lvl 2 spiders and rats to Lumbridge Castle Basement

Greensmane Ale and Dragon Bitter not being sold by bartender in Yanille :: FIXED
Plague City quest able to be repeated :: FIXED
Sheep Herder Quest not spawning sheep:: FIXED (sheep may behave erratically still)
