need help permanently removing access from a foreign ip address knonwn as "removed" due 2 missing items being from the account as a result of this ip.

Please speak to a mod about this. I have jailed your account for safety. The IP address you mentioned is a common one to your account. It doesn't appear that anything is missing from the backups on the account.
