I'm digging around the dock west of Shilo with a gasmask and Zamorak top/bottom but I haven't been able to find the sweet spot for this clue. Any tips on where to dig?

Bit late (been busy irl) but if you are still doing it, its an equipment clue.  Believe its right at the Edge of the dock (been a number of months since Ive done that one)
