SATURDAY, DEC 28th AT 2PM EST - I'll host a 1v1, f2p flats dm tournament. There is no fee to join (other than bringing your own pk gear), BUT THERE IS A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PPL (32) WHO CAN JOIN to ensure a fair tournament with no "byes". Post here or contact me or another mod before the 32 person cap to guarantee yourself a spot.

Rules:
1. F2p only
2. Flats (99 attack, def str)
3. No weaken spells
4. No hardened rune, mercenary, or other custom rev content (includes PK capes)
5. No "protect item" (lvl 25 prayer boost)
5. You must supply your own rune set and potions and runes
6. 1 IP only (you can only participate with one account)
7. Be on the list to guarantee a spot in the tournament
8. If you're on the list, be online and typing ::event on time or you may be replaced
9. Be attentive and ready to fight, or you might get smoked while AFK
