make it so you can use ore/fish/pots etc on a certing npc and it turns it into a certificate (the amount of certs you get depends on how many of the materials you have in your inventory) instead of going through dialogue

You can use the note system from the bank to get the same effect but easier.

just get rid of all certs completely. All certed monster drops can easily be converted to notes. It's a minor annoyance having to go find the right certer. it's 2019 and I can't believe rscrevolution made us waste our lives uncerting 25 things at a time back in 2002. Please completely decimate this shit completely once and for all.
