I have an idea to make wilderness more active.
Problem: currently pking is not profitable and that's okay with me - nice item sink - but rather than forcing people to go fish for 3 hours, why not just keep them in the wildy all the time by offering them an opportunity to restock their gear?
Would a pker rather?
A) Fish for food
B) PK for food

How it would work:
1) Each kill you get, you have a chance to get Pk tokens which can be redeemed at PK store for items.
2) People can use Pk tokens to purchase items in Pk store, gamble, trade them for other items.
3) Each kill you get, you have an opportunity to get a Pk Box which you can open for PK rewards (example - 100 swordfish, r2h, potions, etc)
4) There will be different tiers of Pk Boxes (different colors) depending on your risk.
5) The more you risk the greater your chances of receiving a better pk box. This will be most prominent with flats pking as they have more risks.
6) Cool-down period of 15-30 minutes before you can get more tokens/boxes - this is to prevent farming.
How server would make money @n0m @kleio:
1) Gold/Plat/Double subbed have increased chances of getting Pk tokens - different rates apply to different tier subbed
2) Gold/Plat/Double subbed have increased chances of getting Pk boxes - different rates apply to different tier subbed
3) With PK perks in the equation, purchasing subs will be more attractive for people who like to pk.
Pros:
1) You will attract a lot of pkers to the server
2) You will have a more robust wilderness
3) People love game of chances and having the opportunity to receive tokens and boxes will draw them into the wildy
4) N0m can finally save up for his trip to America and ride rollercoasters at Disneyland
5) If people skill instead of pking, they're actually bringing more items into the game. If people PK instead of skilling, this will benefit the economy even more. Reasonable perks like Pk tokens/boxes will allow pkers to be more active in the wilderness.
Cons:
1) Have to make sure the drop rates are balanced while making pking a worthwhile endeavor
2) Checks in place to prevent Pk tokens/boxes farming e.g. 15-30 min cool-down period, cannot attack same IP
