Check for adware called 'RelevantKnowledge' and uninstall it if it's there. At least two users so far have had similar issue that their connection is blocked on java applications due to that program. https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-re … knowledge/
If you don't have that program installed, try checking your firewall settings.
I have windows 10 and it won't let me open the web browser on the external client it always opens another browser and when I try to click open it just closes the file can someone help please I have java enabled too
