I read in another forum that this means my character is banned or something. I made the account over a year ago, and played like a week. Is the only solution making an entirely new account ? Thanks.

Not quite.

There was a DB leak, so as a precaution - accounts not logged in within a threshold were jailed.

What is your account in jail? I can log in an alt that I kept jailed to see if I can catch your IGN and let mods/admins know about it on discord.

Ah,
If that is the case @OP, yes - the only solution to play again is to make a new forum account, and create new characters.

That is, if you're not restricted from doing so.
