I really have no idea how I could have been flagged as a bot - I do have a problem with my internet connection which causes my account to log in and out when my internet reconnects. (other plays can verify that it auto reconnects after you DC, or I can video the circumstances)

Is there any proof of me moving, actually botting etc after a mod contacted me?

If you'd like I can even video the intermittent connection that I have - and how it "reconnects me" automatically and logs back in as if I DC'D.

I came back the other day and noticed I was still logged onto Bulk Brogan - 30 mins after I had left. I'm more than happy to demonstrate (in fact, I actually DC'D as I was typing this and screenied it if it helps lol)

I'm, currently connected through XFINITY WIFI - not a direct modem. And I guess this was the result lol

At the end of the day, I think the fact I wasn't moving, gaining XP or actually performing any actions except the logging in and out (due to intermittent connection) would indicate that I wasn't botting and apparently am a victim of some really really bad luck hah.

I have a track record over several YEARS of playing - being active, talking frequently etc. (not to mention over 5 years im 1500 skill total lmao, def not a bot)

Fair warning to all; make sure you log off or you too can get boned like Waloop sad

Also, I imagine that the Dev should be able verify the validity of my claim that the client auto reconnects you (there are other players that confirmed it in global as well)

In the pic you can see I was re-connected to RSC, (I barely missed the welcome to RS) but the web page says No internet (so as you see, I dcd, pages wouldnt load temporarily, but client reconnects)

These characters were observed for a total of 14 hours straight.
Not once was there a response from either character when staff members tried to engage on many occasions.
For 14 hours consecutively, they both logged out at exactly 5 minutes and 2 seconds, and then immediately back in.
Both were placed in jail and there was zero response for over 25 minutes.

If you were in fact having that type of issue for 14 hours straight, I find it hard to believe that there would be zero chat logs, zero complaining, zero attempt to contact staff via forum pm, discord pm, or in game pm.

The above comment in your appeal strikes very odd.
At the end of the day, there is overwhelming evidence that you were a victim of a broken script on not 1, but 2 of your characters.

Your appeal is therefore denied.
