Launcher stopped functioning. Tried multiple times. Deleted it. Tried to download new launcher. I doubt that I am getting the whole file. Checked java, restarted computer. Everything is working great except the website (everything is slow) and the launcher.

Fixed it by opening java and deleting all the temp files. Then redownloading launcher.
