I have consulted the rules and I think I know why I was banned. I was using an autoclicker off an on while training.
All it is capable of doing is right clicking the mouse to help me train, It still required input from me to stay logged in so
it was not just an autonomous leveling machine. Nevertheless according to your rules it does count as third party software
and so the ban appears to be deserved. That said I have two questions. Does an autoclicker warrant a permanent ban for my character for a first offense? Also, if my character 'Joe Campbell' must remain permanently banned is there any way you could delete the character so that I can reuse the character name? I would like to continue to use it because it is my real name.
