Cannot download Android Client

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4. The client has ran almost smoothly for many months now aside from a few minor issues here and there.
The client stopped working and I decided to try reinstalling it. However, the .apk file fails to download. So I cannot install the client at all. When I get the message, "download failed", the .apk file is labeled as 'untitled'.

If you have any suggestions as to how I can fix this, please let me know.

have you tried deleting the old apk?

Are you using wifi? I had that same problem and when I used wifi it downloads the app and works fine but when I use my cell service it just tells me unable to check for updates I too have an s4
