Hey guys 1st post on this forums, been around only about a week on here but been to a few popular servers then went to osrs when it came out, never found a good RSC server, found this a week ago on android.

MY SUGGESTIONS: They have been set like this to not destroy the economy while still being beneficial to the 99'er. I've had previous exp as Staff (never rsc) and don't feel this would ruin anything. (If compensation in game that'd be cool even 2x exp for 48 hours)

NOTE: Special bar is 1 full meter taking 20 minutes to replenish.

Agility: Gunnjorn (Barbarian Agility Course) Fatigue is reduced for 6 hours
Attack: Combat instructor to Dummies (Varrock) Your attack won't miss your next 1 or possibly 2 times (1st time for sure 2nd time all luck)
Cooking: Head Chef (Cook’s guild) You won't burn food for the next 50 cooks.(or 5 minutes whatever is first)
Crafting: Master Crafter (Crafting guild) Next 50 (or 5 minutes whatever is first) crafts you don't need to have anything cut to craft, you can directly craft your jewelry from uncut to unstrung amulets. (exp won't really matter because you're already 99 same with cooking)
Defense: Oziach (West of Edgeville) Your next 1 or possibly 2 times (1st time for sure 2nd time all luck) will be reduced by 1 or 2. (luck)
Firemaking: Adventurers (Draynor Forest) Your logs will burn for 1 hour for the next 3 logs.
Fishing: Master Fisher (Hemenster) Fishing speed increased by 25% for 5 minutes
Fletching: Hickton (Catherby) When fletching you may use flax or bowstring for next 50 fletches.
Herblaw: Kaqeemex (Taverly) For the next 50 potions (or 5 minutes whatever is first) you may use the CORRECT unids. (since most people know what herbs are what in their own bank shouldn't be an issue)
Hits: Sir Vyvin (Falador Castle) Your HP will be boosted to 105 and slow down like any potion would.
Magic: Magic Store Owner (Yanille) Your spell won't miss for your next 1 or possibly 2 times (1st time for sure 2nd time all luck)
Mining: Mining Guild Dwarf (Falador & dwarf-mine) For your next 5 swings at a rock you will get 2x the ore (besides runite)
Prayer: Brother Jered (Monastery) Your prayer drain will be reduced by 25% for 2 minutes.
Ranging: Lowe (Varrock) Your next 1 or possibly 2 shots (1st time for sure 2nd time all luck) won't miss.
Smithing: Thrander (Varrock) For your next 3 smiths you won't need a furnace to make bars. (or 5 minutes whatever is first)
Strength: The King (Varrock Palace) Your next attack will do 1 or possibly 2 (1 for sure 2 is complete luck)
Thieving: RedBeard Frank (Portsarim) For your next 2 thievish actions you won't be caught and loot will be doubled.
Woodcutting: Bob’s Axes (Lumbridge) Every 4th log you receive a 5th on (Lasts 5 minutes)
PKing Cape: Mad Zeonk (Edgeville) Potions deplete 25% slower next 2 minutes.
Quest Cape: Helemos (Hero’s Guild) Choose 1 teleport Varrock, Falidor, Lumbridge.
Max Cape: The Oracle (West of Monastery)All skills above are doubled for 5 minutes

ADDITION NOTES: The reason by 1 or 2 gives it a risk still, especially with pking. (If skillcape specials will be allowed to work in wild that is.

I guess I don't really understand these benefits.  Why are they all temporary?  "You won't burn your next 50 cooks."  Okay what about after that ?  The skill capes don't disappear so why are all these benefits only useful for like 5 minutes ?

They would theoretically be available every time your "special bar" recharges.


I really like these ideas everyone has been coming up with for the skill capes, keep it up, it is very appreciated!

All capes give a boost in which ever skills they are assigned to, or an option to select all, gather all..
Fletch All: chance of gaining  2x finished product.
Fish continuously..90% success rate. Chance to get 2x fish
Magic: 90% chance to deal maximum damage. +20 mage bonus.
Strength: 90% chance to deal maximum damage. +20 weapon strength
Attack: 100% hit rate, 50% max hit success rate
+5-10 prayer bonus

Yours adding +str +att +def and especially the magic +5 damage is beyond silly.

It's gamebreaking.

The skillcapes should simply be something useful and nice to have, like for instance batching increase. Nothing major or game changing that affects anyone except the wearer.

This..
+10 str, + 5 magic dmg etc is fucking huge.. way too much.

+1000 those ideas you posted sound excellent to me. I hope to see them incorporated.

Sorry OP, those ideas don't sound good at all. Many are unpractical. Others are nearly useless. The attack/defense ones wouldn't really work well in the wilderness, and the firemaking thing where logs would burn for an hour could cause possible problems if people decide to be annoying by starting fires everywhere, especially in the wilderness. Glitches could possible result too, perhaps.

I hope the max stat cape has a VERY good bonus - this will give the dedicated players the motivation to actually achieve all 99's. Personally I doubt I'll ever get all 99's myself, but to those that can tough it out deserve a hell of a reward....as it stands, you get a little bit of highscore bragging rights, which ain't much to show for.....

Logs burn for 1 hour with 2 logs. Cant damage anything with 2 logs.

Plus your suggestions would ruin eco for everything. Also noo e would want to fight someone with pk cape in fear of an item lost because most players wont want that risk. Its a prayer ability and needs to remain untouched.

I added the pk cape idea not cub for the 10% chance on his... I thought it would bring more excitement to pking and fix the 3 item problem I have seen complained about a gazillion times. Don't kill an idea because you don't like one aspect, offer input and constructive criticism

There will always be 3 item people. But this will just add a huge number of people not fighting people with pk capes in fear of losing a weapon.

I completely agree. But unfortunately the majority seem to want them, so i tried to do something where it is fair to everyone, including the economy and pking.

Also.. Autocast spells would be awesome.. Melee and ranged get to just click NPC and go.
