How do I chat in the general chat?

I was just wondering how do I type in the general chat screen where everybody can hear me hold server-wide please

::2 for pk shit talk

Some other useful commands: 

::wildy will tell weather or not wild is f2p or not and if you can use Gmage in wild
::online will tell how many people are online
::info will tell you exp rates of your acct
