Character start up bug

Hello I just created my first character and when I log in I just get this screen with no character and a null object near me (see picture)

Any idea why this is happening? It happens on both android and on my computer.

If you are still having issues try pming mod Jax, pluto, mod billy, fate, mod miley, mod sno, or n0m in game. They should be able to help you, or they will reply to you here (may get faster service if posted in support) You can also try selecting skip tutorial from the wrench menu or creating a new character in case the one you loaded glitched.
