Cant download on droid

I go to website click on droid apk download, says its complete then i click on it and it says "cant open file"

Is droid down or is it just me?

I'm having this problem on my wife's phone. Anyone know what's going on? Iv Uninstalled and reinstalled and everything I can think of. Just when I go to open the apk it says unable to open

Iv checked everything lol. It works on my phone just not my wifes. Same phone and all.

I'd check her phones security settings. They might have third party files and apps blocked which would cause the apk to not work

iv got every setting the same as on my phone but for whatever reason, when i go to open the downloaded apk file it just says "unable to open"
