Add Teletab to Crafting

Hello,

I thought it could be a nice idea to add teleport tablets to the crafting skill.

Teletabs could be used by pure to teleport around the map without leveling mage.

It would be made by using Enchanted Spell on a Soft Clay.

When using the tab, no xp would be gain but the person making the tab could get magic XP from enchanting it.

+1, but it would have to be more complex then that. 2 soft clay in furnace and craft stone tablet, then add 5x the tele runes to the tab with crafting lvl and magic lvl for that tele. ( varrok would be 5 fire, 15 air and 5 law)
