Hi guys this is my first post here, firstly I have to apologize if I am posting in the wrong section or this question has already been answered before as I am using my phone and I can't seem to find the search button.

So basically I downloaded the apk, installed it on my phone and tested it. I made it to the character creation before I closed it hoping to spend more time customizing it later as I was about to run some errands at that point of time. When I finally had time to customize my character,I realized that a default/random character model was already created for me.

May I ask if there is any way to change my appearance? I wanted to delete and recreate another character with the same name but couldn't seem to find a delete option, only the rename option which seems to require some sort of token. I don't mind paying but would prefer it to be my last resort as if I renamed my character to another name just to free up the name,it will still take up the limited character slots I have. And I am not sure if there is a cooldown or something on the name if I do so?
