Bought a Hardened Roon pickaxe.  I'm lvl 99 mining but when I try to use it, it says "need a pickaxe to mine this" and then "you do not have the required stats to use this"

What am I missing?  Is it just for looks?

This item isn't officially released yet so how do you know about it?! I'm kidding, players found out about it. It will be coded to work as a roon pickaxe soon, it will have better combat stats.
