I was also having trouble with this, and have found a fix. Seems like an issue with updated files getting corrupted. I'm using Windows 10, but I'd assume a similar fix is possible on other operating systems so long as you can locate the directory with the RSCRevolution files. Here's what I did:
1. Redownload RSCRevolution.jar from the home page, and replace whichever version of RSCRevolution.jar you currently have on your computer with the newly downloaded copy: https://www.rscrevolution.com/download/ … lution.jar
2. Go to C:\Users\<your username>\RSCRevolution
3. Make a copy of the accountstorage folder if you have saved credentials for any accounts
4. Delete the RSCRevolution folder at C:\Users\<your username>
5. Run RSCRevolution.jar, wherever you have it saved
6. After the updates are reinstalled, close out of RSCRevolution
7. Copy the accountstorage folder back to C:\Users\<your username>\RSCRevolution
8. Run RSCRevolution.jar, and it should work with your saved accounts retained
I hope that helps. I'm running the latest version of Java 8 (update 281).
