Is the magenta key gained from the house south of the Crafting Guild?

Dramen staff is obvious so ok there

Is the picture one of the woman who got lost/kidnapped in the plague area?

Yes mate. Magenta key dropped by Melzar from Melzars maze. Need maze key to get into the building.

And yes. The picture respawns in Edmonds house north of castle in Ardougne.
