Greetings All,

My current problem is that I am a level 3 skiller on one of my accounts
Recently I keep getting combat levels/XP from non combat skill training
I just got a defense level yesterday July 17 while cooking sharks
Now today I got 2 def levels while just cutting yew trees and making longbows July 18/19th

If there is anyway to reset my defense levels without having to pay or buy anything that would be much appreciated.
Also obviously I just wanted to point out the problem just in case anyone else has the same issue or so it can be looked into.

from my knowledge the only way you can stop this is by attacking an NPC and have an ALT kill it while you're 100 fatigue. You're assigned to a ID and if someone who was on that same ID before you and said NPC they fight dies after you have logged in you gain that XP.
