Ik need too be in lumber yard for clue.
Buy can't in there on the east side is a low fench but i can only search ( anwser is you search the fench but can't see a walk trough) end examine (its a damaged fench).
Some one can help my?

could be wrong but I think you need to start gertrude's cat quest to get in. Don't have to finish.
It takes no time at all. talk to gertrude just outside of west varrock gate, do what she wants and I believe from there you talk to one of the kids in varrock square and pay them 100gp for information on where the cat is. Once you do that you'll have access to the lumber yard. Should take less than 5 minutes.
