With the expansion of tournaments and PK activity, I want to propose an "in-game" weekly hi-score to allow people to track their progress and compete against one another (players and teams).

How it would work

- There will be a scoreboard or NPC in-game located at Edgeville
- Players can click on the scoreboard to access the in-game hiscore
- There will be multiple categories relating to PK, tournaments, skilling, individual, teams, events
- Weekly scoreboard will reset at the end of every Sunday
- This will mostly be QoL update, no rewards are necessary
- The scoreboard will allow people to be recognized for their achievements and spark competition among individuals and teams
