Fixes:
-Fixed bugs from previous update such as:
- npc spawns from quests etc.
- using ItemOnPlayer
- Two factor authentication GUI

-Fixed bug where NPCs would be registered in Region before the World ->causing issues.
-Fixed bug where easter egg perks wouldn't expire.
-Fixed bug with dialog options not turning red when hovered

Performance:
-Client networking code was improved
-Market sends refresh in smaller chunks to avoid crash
-Scrollable dialog interface sends data in smaller chunks to avoid crash

Other:
-Added back 1 day free Platinum & Gold subscription for new comers, old code was removed as it was for downtime compensation long ago.
-Added deathmatch kills to killfeed.

There should be a returning one as well. WoW and most mmo's do this now. It keeps people on longer.
