Add 5 or 10 max ticket lotto.

Everyone always plays 1 ticket lotto. When you see unlimited come on and everyone complain about the people spending  5 mill for tickets you dont want to participate. 5 or 10 would be the same odds at 1 ticket but a higher prize(if you bought the max 5 or 10 tickets obviously). Would just be better for lottos instead of a 480k single ticket pot(which is still good) or a 5 mill lotto with 1 person 200+ tickets.

Change limit to enable variable option of 1-10 ticket limit.

I've seen 1 ticketers win 10M+ lottery pots. Happens very often actually. I would like to see a 10 max ticket though would build some really nice sized pots.

I like the idea of a set min/max buy-in for the lotto, as then there are equal chances and higher payouts.
