This would be a neat feature though. Maybe just using a partial potion on another same-type partial potion should batch as many 3/3 combinations as possible?

Combining 3 potions into 1 should require a high enough herblaw level.  If you can make all 3 pots, then you can combing them.  So, maybe like 68 herblaw or higher to combine SA, SS and SD into 1 potion.

Sure, if it creates new content and money makers for skillers go ahead I'm all for it 100% and that would be a great item for PKers who can afford it

However the problem for me carries over into F2P too which is my favorite type of PKing, I'd be lying if I said this still massively effects me now but back when I used to have multiple accounts it used to cause me real headaches, having for example just on one account 80 of 1 dose str pots, 62 of 2 dose str pots, 134 of 3 dose, 90 super attack of 1 dose, 54 super attack of 2 dose, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc

If you have that on multiple accounts fhk me is it a headache to deal with lol it's so much clicking , so while I fully support potential for new potion and content, NPC to make all your potions into highest possible dose would be really really nice QoL update IMO. Call me lazy asfk if you want but come on, I can't be the only one who thinks it's a pointlessly tedious task it's too click intense lol I just wanna play the game

Yes, combining those can be a royal pain.  I am definitely for an NPC to combine them for you.

We can not have oopsie getting Wrist Aids.

My doses are all stacking up again, justice for oopsie's wrist add decanter plz!

Apologies if already exists, but please can we get a NPC that you can take all your noted potion 1/2 dosers to and it will turn them all into 3 dose potions cos QoLscape and doing shit like that just contributes more to my wrist aids which is inevitably going to put my PK career to an end very soon
