Typing with Note 8 on android client not working?

I have a Galaxy Note 8 and it does not allow me to type and hit enter, and login screen only works one time and if I log out, I can't get back in until I restart my phone.

Install Google keyboard. Swiftkey or whatever it's called has a backspace issue
