when you want to attack someone with red skull but dont have one, either have to walk to hs or fort.

Require a minimum of 30k in alch value on the player to use the wilderness teleports in edgeville.

I've killed no itemers trolling maybe 40x in a row before, they just keep coming back on fast tp, no one should be getting kd like that, but when they are trolling hs or fort chest etc you have no choice.

Make any player who wants to use edgeville wilderness ports pay a 50k one time fee, to cut down on scouts.
