Is the plague city  quest bug  gonna be fixed soon?

Everytime you entre west ardougne after you complete the quest, the quest get uncompleted again.
Since the big gates to the city doesnt work im going true the mud hole used in the quest.

When the quest gets uncompleted it make it impossible to teleport to ardougne and its a long walk......
even when i alredy read the magic scroll that is rewarded from the quest.
Dont want to do the quest many times and be accused of bug abuse when i reported it  so many times alredy.
and my favorite training spot is in west ardougne....
