Me too.... been trying out all the possible solutions in the forums but nothing seems to be the right one. If this problem isn't solved by the next few hours .... I'm revertin back to windows 8 .... at least I had everything working

Have you tried other browsers?

Can you post a screenshot of what it shows/tells you when you try?  Most support requests need more info then just "it dun work".
https://snag.gy/  is one of the quickest ways to get a screenshot uploaded...Litterally, hit print screen (or alt print screen for just that one window) and then CTRL V in the window..copy url and bam share it.
