You now have slightly increased chance for getting summer tokens if you get more experience,
i.e jumping over low wall at agility course is less effective method than smithing rune plates, or fishing sharks.
Subscriptions and 2x eggs affect the experience rate, so they also increase your token rate slightly.

Territory and hotspot multipliers are not counted for it.
Nothing was nerfed, you will still get same rates as before but you have increased rate doing something that gives more experience.
